Our story
JoysToys' founders have owned several sex shops in the legendary Pigalle district of Paris for over 20 years — one of Europe's historic hubs for erotic retail. Two decades behind the counter, advising both individual and professional customers, managing shelves, restocking and peak periods, gave them a concrete, detailed understanding of this industry: what sells, what works in-store, and what professional customers actually expect from a supplier.
Drawing on that experience, they noticed a gap: too many wholesalers in this sector operate as pure logistics platforms, without a real understanding of their customers' business — sex shops, e-commerce sellers, pharmacies, hotels, or lingerie boutiques. JoysToys was built on the conviction that a wholesaler should also be a partner who knows your business from the inside.
